Andy D's - Navarre Beach
At the end of the causeway near the pier sits a hopping spot known as Andy D's. This beachside casual restaurant is a local favorite serving up fresh gulf coast seafood, burgers, wraps, salads and more. Their huge outdoor seating deck makes this the perfect stop for a quick lunch during your beach day or for dinner and drinks as the sun goes down. They recently added a pizza kitchen complete with hyper local golf cart delivery and breakfast/brunch is served here seven days a week. Looking for entertainment? From single scoops to signature creations, it's all delectable and you'll likely find yourself going back for more. Their freshly made warm bubble waffles make all the difference at this family-owned local business. You can hang out under the live oaks and play tether ball or a game of cornhole while you wait for you order to be crafted to perfection. This is a "can't miss" spot if you're in the Navarre Beach area.
Dewey Destin's - Navarre
Dewey Destin's Seafood Restaurant is an area original. Their newest location in Navarre sits near the base of the bridge and overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound. This fast-casual dining restaurant offers fresh, sustainable seafood as well as local craft beer and cocktails. Enjoy your meal on their screened back porch or grab a table on the sandy beach. Try the blackened grilled gulf shrimp plate - it's my favorite!
La Iguana Taco Shop - Navarre
I could write a novel about how good these tacos are. La Iguana Taco Shop is a food truck located on Hwy 98 just across the street from the Navarre Park. This family-owned business offers authentic street tacos using the freshest ingredients. Don't just take my word for it - try them for yourself. They are open most days for lunch but check their social media pages for their current hours.
Navarre Bakery and Creamery - Navarre
This small family bakery is the best place to grab fresh donuts, cookies, and other baked goods. Items are made fresh daily and sell out quick so go early for the best selection. They recently added rotating lunch specials and take-home meals for convenience. Grab it to go or eat inside the cafe or grab a spot outdoors on the patio. They close up when they sell out so check their social media pages for the most up to date information.

You don't need to leave our little coastal town to find great food and great pizza is no different. New York Pizza District is located on Highway 98 in Harvest Village. They have a full menu of specialty pies or you can create your own. Trying to please a picky party? They have a variety of pasta, sandwiches, salads and calzones to choose from as well. Dine in or take out Monday - Saturday for lunch and dinner.
Scooter's Fish House - Navarre
There's a reason they made Yelp's list of top seafood restaurants in the United States. At Scooter’s Fish House you'll find some of the best seafood around the Florida Panhandle. From oysters to fresh fish and coastal classics, they've got something for everyone. Conveniently located on Hwy 87 near Navarre Beach, they are a go-to spot for both locals and visitors looking for an authentic seafood experience. My standing order is the fried shrimp platter, but my kids swear that they have the best chicken tenders around. And don't forget to try the fried okra.
TC's Front Porch - Navarre
This colorful restaurant is located inside an old service station. The food is consistently good (dare I say the best biscuits I've ever had?) and we are always served with a smile. TC's Front Porch is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is truly a local favorite. Their family-friendly menu offers a wide variety of options to please even the pickiest eaters.
Tommy's Snoballs - Navarre
Tommy is a local legend. If you've ever visited Navarre Beach, then you've probably made a pit-stop at the foot of the bridge and grabbed one of his famous New Orleans style snoballs. They have a countless number of mixes and combinations to choose from. Try your snoball "stuffed" for an added treat.
The Twist Custom Ice Cream - Navarre
This is THE original ice cream shop in Navarre. The Twist is located near the base of the beach causeway on Prado Street - the bright blue building with a stunning mural painted by local artists. This traditional ice cream parlor offers premium hand dipped ice cream, shakes, and sundaes. Choose from a large variety of flavors including dairy free options. Place your order at the walk-up window and enjoy the covered outdoor seating They are open year-round but hours vary with the season so be sure to check their social media pages for the most updated information.

Located in the heart of Downtown Pensacola in Seville Square, Lucy's is a must visit. Their walk-up window bar is a great option for grabbing a quick beverage during one of the many festivals taking place nearby and their patio is pet friendly so bring your fur babies along for the outing.
Papa's Pizza - Downtown Pensacola
Papa's Pizza is one of our favorite spots to eat when downtown. This is a frequent stop for us and I will recommend them repeatedly to anyone that asks. Located on Garden Street, they serve up the best New York style pizza in the panhandle. Their pizzas, salads, calzones, and pasta dishes are sure to please even the pickiest eaters. You can also visit their original Pensacola location at the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk.
Hub Stacey's at the Point - Perdido Key
Hub Stacey's at the Point is a repeat stop for us when we're in the Perdido area. They offer a variety of appetizers, salads, and sandwiches all served up in a laid-back atmosphere. They have a full bar, happy hour, live music, and an extra-large outdoor seating area overlooking the inland waterway. If you arrive by boat, Galvez Landing offers a place to dock your boat. It's only a short walk to the front door. We tend to stop here for a late lunch and then walk over to Innerarity Point Park to let the kids play or to simply relax and take in the views.
Flora-Bama Ole River Grill - Orange Beach AL
Located right on the state line sits the famous Flora-Bama. Across the street you'll find the Ole River Grill. We like this family friendly spot because it sits right on the waterway, their large open-air deck offers a nice view, and the menu is prepared with fresh local ingredients. Enjoy the casual atmosphere, good service, and great time!
