Eat, Stay, and Play around Navarre Beach

At the end of the causeway near the pier sits a hopping spot known as Andy D's. This beachside casual restaurant is a top pick when we're looking for a fun atmosphere. Their huge outdoor seating deck makes this the perfect stop for a quick lunch during your beach day or for dinner and drinks as the sun goes down. 

Located on Hwy 87 in Food Truck Alley at Pik-itz, Beachside Bubble Waffle is THE place to go if ice cream is what you're craving. Their freshly made warm bubble waffles make all the difference at this family-owned local business. This is a "can't miss" spot if you're in the Navarre Beach area. 

Dewey Destin's Seafood Restaurant is an area original. Their newest location in Navarre sits near the base of the bridge and overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound.  Enjoy your meal on their screened back porch or grab a table on the sandy beach. Try the blackened grilled gulf shrimp plate - it's my favorite!

Their website states that they have "good food, cooked fresh" and they absolutely live up to that claim time after time. Johnny Huston's Grille and Bar is located on Highway 98 in Navarre and serves lunch and dinner hot and fresh seven days a week. Our favorites here include the sauced chicken bites, fried pickles, and burgers. Don't skip the mac & cheese. 

She's an icon - a Navarre Beach staple since 1989. You know the spot as soon as you come across the causeway. Their prime waterfront location is supreme, and you can absolutely spend an entire day here. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at Sailors' Grille. Grab a spot on the beach and stay for drinks, live music, volleyball, and the views. 

I could write a novel about how good these tacos are. La Iguana Taco Shop is a food truck located on Hwy 98 just across the street from the Navarre Park. Don't just take my word for it - try them for yourself. They are open most days for lunch but check their social media pages for their current hours. 

This small family bakery is the best place to grab fresh donuts, cookies, and other baked goods. Items are made fresh daily and sell out quick so go early for the best selection. They close up when they sell out so check their social media pages for the most up to date information. 

 You don't need to leave our little coastal town to find great food, and great pizza is no different. New York Pizza District is located on Highway 98 in Harvest Village. Dine in or take out Monday - Saturday for lunch and dinner. 

 There's a reason they made Yelp's list of top seafood restaurants in the United States. Conveniently located on Hwy 87 near Navarre Beach, they're a go-to spot for both locals and visitors. My standing order is the fried shrimp platter, but my kids swear that they have the best chicken tenders around.  And don't forget to try the fried okra.  

This colorful restaurant is located inside an old service station. The food is consistently good (dare I say the best biscuits I've ever had?) and we are always served with a smile. TC's Front Porch is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and is truly one of our favorites. 

Tommy is a local legend. If you've ever visited Navarre Beach, then you've probably made a pit-stop at the foot of the bridge and grabbed one of his famous New Orleans style snoballs. They have a countless number of mixes and combinations to choose from. Try your snoball "stuffed" for an added treat.
